Care Audit Pro remains free to use for all existing and new users until 1 February 2026. From that date, we will introduce the following annual plans, designed to remain affordable for UK care providers while supporting ongoing development, security and support.

Yes. All users can continue using Care Audit Pro free of charge until 1 February 2026. No subscription payments will be taken before that date.
From 1 February 2026, the paid plans shown above are planned to come into effect. You will be able to choose between the Audits and Surveys plans, while the Single Assessment Framework audit will remain free. We will contact you in advance with clear instructions on how to select a plan or remain on the free SAF audit.
If you decide not to subscribe to a paid plan from 1 February 2026 onwards, you will still be able to use the free Single Assessment Framework audit. Access to additional audits and surveys will require a paid plan.
